You can now manage subscriptions from Loop directly inside Richpanel. Here’s how to set it up in just a few minutes.

Steps to Connect

  1. Go to Settings

    In your Richpanel account, click on Settings.

  2. Click on My Integrations

    From the sidebar, choose My Integrations.

  3. Add Loop Subscription

    Find the Loop Subscription option and click Add Loop Subscription.

  4. Select Your Shopify Store

    Choose the Shopify store you want to connect.

  5. Enter Your API Key

    You’ll need an API key from your Loop account.

  6. Paste the Key and Click Add Integration

    Once you have the API key, paste it in the field and hit Add Integration.

    That’s it — your integration is now live!

How to Check If It’s Working

You can test the integration from Richpanel following these steps :

  1. Go to Inbox In your Richpanel account, click on Inbox.

  2. Search for a Customer

    Use Richpanel to search for a customer who has an active Loop subscription.

  3. View Subscription Details

    On the right-hand side of the customer view, you’ll see all subscription info - no need to switch tabs!
